Mail in entries must be received by April 9, 2010. Employees of College Bound and American Honda, any authorized Honda dealer, any of the aforementioned entities’ advertising agencies, affiliates or subsidiaries, or immediate family member of any such employee, are not eligible. Only official opportunity drawing tickets will be drawn. No facsimiles permitted. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Winner must be 18 years of age, a U.S. resident, currently licensed to operate an automobile and must present evidence of adequate insurance before vehicle delivery. Winner may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility/publicity release which must be returned within 14 days of notification or alternate winner will be selected. The donated vehicle shall only be delivered in the continental United States. In case the winner lives within a reasonable distance from Donor, the winner comes to Donor’s principal place of business (Torrance, California) to execute the necessary paper work and to receive the donated vehicle. Donor shall not be responsible for delays in delivery of the donated vehicle and delivery is subject to availability and color is subject to availability. Donor, however, shall use all reasonable efforts, to deliver the donated vehicle within one hundred & eighty (180) days after receipt of the aforementioned items/information.

Release of Liability: By participating, winner and entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless Sponsor, and each of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations, and its officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents from and against any claims made by the winner, entrants or any other third parties related in any way to the operation of this Opportunity Drawing, as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses (whether alleged, threatened, or actual) to any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any Opportunity-Drawing related activity or participation in this Opportunity Drawing.

Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions on any prizes (except that College Bound and/or American Honda, reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value). No conversion to cash privilege. Winner is responsible for taxes, license, title, registration and/or similar fees associated with receiving the prize. Winnings over $5,000 are subject to withholding tax at a 25% rate (i.e. $6,708 tax due to College Bound prior to receipt of vehicle).
